摘要 青光眼是一种进行性视神经疾病,它能引起视神经结构改变,最终导致不可逆的视功能损害。青光眼的早期诊断对保护视功能有重要意义。光学相干断层扫描仪是一种准确性和可重复性高的视网膜神经纤维层厚度和视盘参数检测技术,为早期诊断青光眼,监测视神经损害及指导青光眼的治疗提供了新的思路。我们主要阐述该技术在青光眼早期诊断中的应用。 Glaucoma is a progressive optic neuropathy characte rized by structural changes of the optic nerve, which may eventually develop into irreversible visual functional defects. Therefore, it needs early detection. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is an accurate and reproducible method to measure retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and the optic disc parameters, it may show promise in early detection of glaucoma. This review primarily describes the technology in the early diagnosis of glaucoma.
