摘要
目的探讨我院门诊药房开展药学服务的工作模式。方法回顾我院门诊药房开展药学服务的情况。结论门诊药房通过优化门诊调剂流程、对处方进行事前干预、药品特殊用法标示、用药指导及开展用药咨询等工作,才能切实做好临床药学服务。
Objective To probe into the work pattern of developing pharmic service in the pharmacy of clinic of our hospital.Methods By looking back the actuality of developing pharmic service in the pharmacy of clinic of our hospital.Conclusion In the pharmacy of clinic,only by optimizing flow of clinical dosage,intervening with the prescriptions in advance,labeling special usage of materia medica,instructing the usage and developing consultation can we effectively perform pharmic service of clinic.
