黄瓜早期耐冷性鉴定指标的筛选 被引量:15

摘要 以津春5号黄瓜品种和上海市农业科学院园艺研究所黄瓜课题组选育的3个材料07-QP-17(华南型)、07-QP-22(欧洲型)、07-QP-48(欧洲型)为试材,比较研究了黄瓜在目前设施栽培中经常出现的临界低温(15℃/7~8℃)下形态指标、叶绿素荧光参数和几种生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:低温胁迫下,黄瓜叶片表现出明显的冷害症状,叶长和叶宽增长缓慢;叶绿素、脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈下降趋势;叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Yield、ETR、qN比处理前有所下降,Fv/Fm先上升后下降,各品种间叶绿素荧光参数的变化差异不大。相关性分析表明:叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数与黄瓜的冷害指数显著相关。 The cucumber cultivar Jinchun 5 and three different-type lines(07-QP-17,07-QP-22 and 07-QP-48) bred by the Horticultural Research Institute were used as test materials, and the comparative study was made on the morphological indexes, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and physiological and biochemical changes of cucumber seedings under the critical low temperature(15 ℃ at day and 7- 8 ℃ at night which often occurred in protected culture in winter and spring)in order to screen determining indicators of early cold tolerance of cucumber. The results showed that under the low temperature,cucumber grew slowly in leaf length and width and decreased in chorophyll, proline and MDA contents,and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fo,yield,ETR and qN were slightly less than those before low temperature treatment, but Fv/Fm increased first and then decreased. The differ- ences in changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were not great among different cultivars (lines). The correlation analysis indicated that the chorophyll content and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were significantly correlated with the index of chilling injury of cucumber seedlings.
