摘要
分析并归纳了转向节的形状特点,阐述了转向节预、终锻成形过程的金属流动特性和现有成形工艺存在的缺陷及产生原因。设置镦粗工序,将现有的开式预锻工艺改进为半封闭式的挤压工艺。设计一组不同镦粗高度,模拟优化并验证了镦粗对半封闭式挤压的影响。对所设计工艺流程及所进行的数值模拟进行了生产试制验证,取得了较好的效果。
According to the shape character of steering knuckle, the metal flow and defects of current process were analyzed and summarized. The upsetting process step was arranged: the current pre-forming process was modified to be half-closed extrusion process. The different upsetting heights were designed, the influence of upsetting on half-closed extrusion was simulated. A successful trial-production validated the process step in design and mumerical simulations.
