摘要
该文在对全球失衡表现形式进行描述的基础上,分析了全球失衡的基本成因,并对危机后全球失衡趋势作出了判断,指出尽管危机以来全球失衡状况已在进行被动调整,并且存在一些推动全球失衡主动调整的积极因素,但全球失衡调整将是一个长期过程,主要经济体的经济结构调整都需要一定时间,渐进、稳妥的调整方式符合各国共同利益。
This paper describes the form of global imbalance, and analyzes the fundamental reasons behind it, and then predicts the trends of global imbalance after the crisis. It points out that the global imbalance has been passively adjusted since the crisis, and there are also some positive factors promoting active adjustment of this imbalance. However, global imbalance will still be a long-term issue, and major economies need time to adjust their economic structures. A gradual and stable adjustment can benefit all countries around the world.
