大鼠血清、肝、肾脏游离氟测定中的质量控制 被引量:5

摘要 应用国家一级标准物质(GBWO8604)水氟标准液制备标准曲线得到:r=0.9999,a=132.34,b=-57.04,检测下限为0.014μg/mlF^-。以牛血清氟成份标准物质(GBW01944)的标准值对检测系统进行校准,完成分析过程的第一步量值传递。精密度和准确度符合要求后,分析大鼠血清、肝、肾脏游离氟,同时阶段性加测牛血清氟成份标准物质(GBW01943),其测得值与标准值吻合,从而实现了第二步在实际测量过程中由低级到高级逐级进行的量值追溯。大鼠血清、肝、肾脏游离氟测定过程实施质量控制,其结果有较好的可比性,准确度得以保证。回收率范围为94%~106%,测量精密度得到很大的提高。 Standard curve was made by the national primary Certified Reference Material ( CRM) (GBW08604) of F in water. The result showedr =0.9999, a= 132.34, b= -57.04.The lower limit was 0.014 μg/ml F .The first value transmission was completed by calibrating measuring system with CRM (GBW01944) in cattle serum. Aller the precision and accuracy accorded with the demands , free fluorine was analyzed in serum, liver and kidney of rats and sometimes in CRM fluorine of serum of cattle. The results showed that measuring value tallied wilh standard value. Thus the second value transmission from low - level to high - level was realized in the practical testing course. The testing process was ensured with quality control and its result had good constant.The rate of recovery was 94% - 106% .The accuracy was ensured and precision could be improved more.
