镉胁迫对不同抗性水稻品种幼苗生长和生理特性的影响 被引量:17

摘要 试图阐明不同耐性水稻品种苗期对镉胁迫反应的差异,以耐镉性不同的两个水稻品种(水稻秀水63和秀水09)为试验材料,采用溶液培养方法,测定不同浓度镉(0、1、5、10、25、50、100mol/L)胁迫下水稻幼苗生长、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)和抗氧化酶的变化。结果表明:随Cd浓度增加水稻幼苗生长明显受抑,株高、叶绿素含量、叶片干重明显下降,且秀水63的下降幅度大于秀水09。总体上,脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈上升趋势,其中,在较低浓度Cd胁迫下,秀水63叶片中脯氨酸含量、POD活性增加幅度较大,而在较高浓度Cd胁迫下,秀水09的增加幅度较大。过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性表现为先上升后下降。MDA含量随着Cd胁迫浓度的提高而增加,且秀水63增加幅度大于秀水09。较高浓度镉胁迫下,秀水09能显著增加脯氨酸含量,具有较强的活性氧清除能力,减少膜脂化程度,是其生长受害较轻的内在基础。 In order to elucidate the different responses of different cadmium-tolerant rice cuhivars to cadmium, the seedlings growth and physiological characteristics of two rice cultivars (Xiushui 63 and Xiushui09) were studied with a hydroponic experiment under different Cd concentration (0, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 mol/L). The resuhs showed that rice seedlings growth restrained significantly with the increasing of Cd concentration and the decrease of height, chlorophyll content and leaf dry weight in Xiushui 63 was greater that those in Xiushui 09. The content of proline and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were increased under Cd stress. The increase of proline content and POD activity was more pronounced in the xiushui 63 under lower level of Cd, however, it was more pronounced in the Xiushui 09 under higher level of Cd. The activity of catalase (CAT) firstly increased and then decreased as the Cd concentration increased. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased with Cd concentration increased, which was higher in Xiushui 63 than Xiushui 09 in the identical concentration of Cd. The experimental results showed that Xiushui 09 increased the content of proline and activities of active oxygen scavenger enzyme and reduced MDA content, which were inherent basis of less toxicity to seedlings growth under Cd stress.
