摘要
采用了多种免疫方式及一种新的检测方法:用经固定的杂交瘤细胞(Ab1)包被酶标板,加入待测上清孵育后加入只与哺乳类动物抗体Fc段结合的HRPProteinA。共得到了6株分泌抗独特型单抗的杂交瘤细胞。其中两株与Ab1的结合可被腺病毒抑制,且都能在Balb/c小鼠诱导出与腺病毒结合的Ab3。因此为Ab2β。
A new detecting test has been developed to raise monoclonal antiidiotypic antibodies.The results presented here demonstrate that direct fixation tests in which the hydridoma cells are used as idiotype bearing carriers and HRPProtein A applied may also be used routinely. 6 lines of hybridoma secreting monoclonal antiidiotypic antibodies were obtained.Binding of Ab2 52 and 41 to Ab1 342 could be inhibited by adenovirus.Both of 52 and 41 could induce Ab3 binding to antigen(adenovirus).They are Ab2β.
