外源维生素对盐胁迫下玉米种子萌发和某些生理指标的影响 被引量:10

Effects on Seed Germination and Physiological Indexes in Maize Under Salt Stress with Exogenous Vitamin

摘要 以玉米耐盐性品种“登海6213”和盐敏感品种“鲁单50”为材料,分别以0.001~10mmol/L的VB1、VB5、VB6和VC浸种24h,将浸泡过的种子分别置于蒸馏水和150mmol/L的NaCl溶液中进行暗萌发,观测种子的发芽率。结果表明1mmol/L的VB1能够有效缓解盐胁迫对种子萌发的抑制作用,而1mmol/L的VB5对正常条件下的种子萌发的促进效果最佳。用1mmoL/L的VB1浸种,均能提高两个品种的α,β-淀粉酶活性和可溶性糖含量。 The seeds of maize " denghai 6213" with salt tolerance and "ludan50" with salt sensitive as materials, were soaked with 0. 001 - 10 mmol/L VB1 ,VB5 ,VB6 and VC for 24h as a pretreatment, then under two conditions: one was in the distilled water, the other was in 150mmol/L salinity for dark germination. The results showed that the inhibition of the germination could be significantly relieved by 1 mmol/L VB1 under the salt stress, and the seed germination of the maize could be evidently promoted by 1 mmol/L VB5 under non - salt stress. The activities of α and β amylase and the contents of the soluble sugar could be increased by soaking with 1mmol/L VB1.
