摘要
利用成都钢管厂浇铸管坯后的浸入式水口,采用扫描电镜和χ-射线衍射分析浇铸后水口结瘤物的微观组织结构,从结瘤物的生成和黏附过程两方面对铝碳质复合浸入式水口浇铸管坯时水口结瘤物附着机理进行了探讨。
The adhesion mechanisms of the clogs around the nozzle, generated when the aluminum carbon composite submerged nozzle casting the tube blank, have been discussed from both the nod - generation and the process of adhesion by using scanning electron microscopy and Х - ray diffraction analysis of the microstructure of the clogs of nozzle after casting in this paper. The submerged nozzle used in the research is the one that formed after casting tube blank's made in Chengdu seamless steel tube Co. ,Ltd.
