摩托车发动机进气负压表的设计

摘要 在发动机供油系统的研究开发试验中,发动机的进气负压是需要监测的重要参数之一。本文介绍一款基于单片机设计的发动机进气负压表。本负压表通过压力传感器将发动机的进气压力转换成电压信号,单片机采集这一电压信号,并根据在精度较高的OAVL综合流量试验台上精确测出的电压与负压关系,计算出对应的负压值,送到LED数码管显示。本负压表设计、标定方法简单、维护方便、成本低、显示稳定,精度达到国外同类产品的要求。 In the research and development testing of the engine fuel supply system, the engine intake negative pressure is one of the key parameters that need to be monitored. This article describes a motorcycle engine intake negative pressure instrument based on single-chip that I have developed. In the instrument, a pressure sensor converts the engine intake pressure into voltage signal, and then the microprocessor collects the signal to calculate the negative pressure of the engine according to the the voltage and negative pressure relation that has been measured accurately through the flow performance test system of OVAL, and at last the negative pressure result is displayed on the lightemitting diode. The design and calibration methods of the instrument are simple, its maintenance is convenient and it is cheap, also the display is steady. Its precision can meet requirement of the similar product abroad.
