摘要
通过对混凝土置换块的温度应力场模拟计算,考虑混凝土的弹性模量增长、徐变度随龄期的变化和MgO膨胀量的影响,分析了MgO掺量不同时置换块的应力状态和与基础接触的开裂情况。结果表明:适当掺量的MgO后期膨胀对于补偿温降收缩较为有效,在约束区MgO的膨胀可有效补偿温降收缩,改善应力状态,从而防止约束区由于混凝土收缩引起的开裂。
Considering the influence of growing elastic modulus,creep change as time and temperature change on the expansion of magnesium oxide(MgO) concrete, the temperature and stress fields of concrete replacement block are analyzed,and the stress status and contact surface crack between substitution and foundation is also studied under different mixing amounts of MgO.The results show that the expansion of MgO at later age are good for compensating shrinkage induced by temperature decreasing,and also can improve stress status in restricted zone to make cracks caused by concrete shrinkage prevented.
