摘要
介绍拟建合理用药监测系统的背景,论述国内外相关领域技术发展现状及趋势,阐明系统研发的意义和价值,指出该系统可实现针对临床合理用药的实时监测,帮助医生、药师在用药过程中及时有效地掌握患者用药情况,减少药物不良事件(Adverse Drug Reactions,简称ADR)的发生。
The paper introduces the background of the idea of establishing system for monitoring rational drug use, discourses upon the present development and trend of the certain technology in related area at home and abroad, clarifies the significance and value of structuring a system that could not only realize the monitoring on clinical drug use but also help doctors and pharmacists get well - known about the drug - use history of patients in the medication process so as to reduce the adverse drug reactions.
