单脉冲激光诱导放电表面强化点的实验研究

摘要 采用45^#钢作为工件电极,钨合金作为工具电极,在不同放电电流、放电脉宽条件下,于空气中进行了单脉冲激光诱导放电实验。从表面形貌照片来看,放电点大致为圆形,坑表面较平坦,随着放电脉宽、放电电流的增大,强化点坑径、坑深随之增大。通过对实验数据的拟合,得到了强化点坑径、坑深随放电电流和放电脉宽变化的经验公式。获得的经验公式拟合效果好,相关系数高,可用来指导加工工艺的优化设计。 The experiments of single pulse laser-induced discharge under different discharge currents and durations in the atmosphere are presented. The 454 steel and tungsten alloy were used as work piece and tool electrode respectively. The microscope photograph showed that the shape of discharge pit was circular and the surface was flat. The diameter and depth of the pit increased with the increasing of discharge current and duration. The empirical formulas about the diameter and depth varied from discharge current and duration were obtained. The result of fitting and correlation coefficient present well that can be used to optimize the processing.
