Numerical Simulation of 3D Turbulent Flow in Axial Pump

摘要 设计了一900型号的轴流泵,进行了轴流泵全流道的三维造型和数值模拟,数值模拟采用基于雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程和标准模型,采用了SIMPLEC算法.通过数值模拟得出了叶片表面速度和压力分布规律.通过分析结果表明:叶片表面的相对速度沿径向逐渐增大,其分布规律符合圆柱层无关性假设;叶片发生汽蚀的危险区域位于叶片外缘进口边到出口边约1/4处;叶轮出口处流场呈螺旋形向外运动趋势. A type of Axial Pump 900 is designed while the whole channel flow is simulated with the 3D established model. The functions of Navier-Stokes, the standard model and the method of SIMPLEC are adopted during simulation calculation. The distribution law of the velocity and the pressure are also obtained by simulation. It shows that the relative velocity is gradually increased along the radial which coincidence with the assumption of cylindrical layer of independence. The results shows that the crisis are.a which is easy to happen cavitation is located in the 1/4 position outer blade edge from the inlet to the exit side. The flow movement in the impeller outside shows spiral-shaped.
