Experimental Investigation on Emission from a Natural Aspirated DID Engine

摘要 本文研究了喷油嘴孔径、喷孔锥角、喷油泵柱塞直径等参数对自然吸气直喷式发动机排放性能的影响。结果表明,在保持发动机动力性、经济性的前提下,优化匹配这些参数,可以改善发动机的排放性能,使之达到美国EPA二阶段非道路用发动机排放标准的要求。 Effects of injector hole diameter, nozzle hole cone angle, oil pump plunger diameter on emission from a natural aspirated direct injection diesel engine were experimentally studied in order to reduce significantly emission pollutants. Experimental results show that optimization of fuel injection system is helpful for the 385 diesel engine to meet the emission limits of TIER 2 EXHAUST EMISSIONS STANDARDS for NONROAD DIESEL ENGINES of EPA, US without penalty of power performance and fuel economy.
