摘要
水资源是不可替代的重要资源,对人的生产、生活乃至生命都十分重要。当前,我国水资源存在诸多问题,对这些问题进行哲学思考并提出具有前瞻性与战略性的解决方法,对我国经济、社会乃至人类的全面发展都有重要意义。
Water is an important and irreplaceable resources to human beings, and it is crucial to the life and living and production activities of the people. At present, there are many issues of the water resources in China. It is significant to develop the economy and society of our country completely and to achieve an overall development of the people that on how to think the issues philosophically and to present some forwardlooking and strategic solutions.
