摘要
当前,腐败不但表现在我国政治生活和经济生活之中,而且表现在社会生活之中,影响着一些社会成员的思想和行为,呈现民俗化倾向。我们必须对此保持警惕,因为我国传统的文化、政治制度和社会结构为腐败民俗化提供了路径依赖。大力推进制度创新,不断增强党员干部的拒腐防变能力,营造全民共同反对腐败的良好氛围,严厉打击和惩治腐败,这是避免腐败民俗化的根本之策。
At present, corruption is not only manifested in the country＇s political and economic life, but also in social life. It has impact on some members＇ thinking and behavior, and tends to be secularized. We must remain vigilant about the fact that our country＇s cultural traditions, political system and social structure provide a path dependence for secular cori＇uption. The fundamental policy to avoid it is to vigorously promote institutional innovation, continuously enhance the capacity of party members against corruption, create an atmosphere against corruption, and severely crack down and punish corruption.
