摘要 风机在暖通空调系统中有着广泛的应用,对空气处理效果影响显著。本文介绍一种多功能风机性能测试系统,该系统包含数据采集系统硬件,基于Windows XP环境,采用Visual Basic6.0开发的高效数据采集与处理软件,可以对多种类型风机进行全性能参数自动采集和处理,并绘制性能曲线,实现一机多用。应用实例表明,该系统工作可靠,操作简便,测试准确度高。 Fans are used widely in the HVAC's system, and have obvious influence on air handling effect. Presents a multifunctional test system for fans performance. The system includes its hardware of data acquisition system and its software that can acquire and process test data based on Windows XP environment, implemented with Visual Basic 6.0. It can acquire and process the full performance parameter automatically for multi-type fans and draw performance graph, so it achieves multipurpose test with a testing system. The practical application shows that this system is good reliability, more easily, high measure precision.
