摘要
目的优选超声辅助提取沙棘叶中水溶性多糖的最佳工艺条件。方法采用响应面法,以多糖提取率为响应值,通过回归分析建立各工艺参数与响应值之间的函数关系,并由此预测最佳工艺条件。结果沙棘叶多糖的最佳超声辅助提取工艺条件为在80℃下、按料液比28ml/g超声提取35min,该条件下沙棘叶多糖提取率为4.47%,连续提取2次则多糖提取率为5.12%。结论响应面法优化超声辅助提取沙棘叶多糖的预测准确、方便,所得最佳提取工艺高效、可行。
Objective To determine the optimum process of ultrasound-assisted extraction of soluble polysaccharides from Hippophae Rhamnosides L.Methods The contents of polysaccharides in extract were taken as the response,the response surface method was adopted to optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction parameters.Results The optimum process determined was as following,the ratio of solvent volume to material weight of 28 mL/g and extraction time of 35 minutes at 80℃.The extraction ratio of polysaccharides from Hippophae Rhamnosides L.was 4.47% under the optimized conditions,and was 5.12% after twice extraction.ConclusionThe optimization method is reliable and the optimum extraction process and it is reasonable and effective.
