摘要
随着超细碳化钨粉的应用领域不断地扩展,形成工业规模生产超细WC粉已成为各粉末生产厂家关注的焦点。采用传统工艺流程并进行优化,利用紫色氧化钨氢还原法便可成功地生产出平均粒度0.1μm的均匀超细钨粉和平均粒度0.2μm以下的均匀超细碳化钨粉。生产流程和产品质量稳定,实现了工业规模生产。
With increasing market demand for super fine carbonization tungsten powder, the industrial production of it has become the focus of tungsten industry. This paper introduces the purple oxidation hydrogen reduction, which is optimized out of conventional technology. Super fine tungsten powder with average grain size of 0.1 um and carbonization tungsten powder with average grain size of 0. 1um are produced by this technology.
