摘要
目的评价北京地区综合性医院医生对输血相关知识的掌握程度,并提出相应的解决方法。方法采用随机抽样方法,从北京市3家三级甲等综合性医院中随机抽取300名医生进行问卷调查,对调查结果应用t检验和方差分析。结果血液科、麻醉科专科医生问卷调查分数最高,显著高于其他组别医生(P<0.05);常涉及输血的外科问卷调查分数与内科无显著区别;高年资医生问卷调查分数低于低年资医生(P<0.05);94.3%的医生认为有必要再强化学习输血相关知识。结论综合性医院医生对输血相关知识掌握程度尚可,但仍不乐观,有必要进行医学再教育,提高医生对输血相关知识的认识。
Purpose General hospitals have many advantages in teaching, research, and clinical treatments. Blood transfusion, an effective therapy in modern medicine, should be emphasized in clinical settings. The present study is to evaluate doctors＂ knowledge on blood transfusion. Method A total of 300 physicians from 3 large general hospitals were en- rolled for answering questionnaires, and t test/ANOVA were used for statistical analysis. Result Hematologists and Anesthesiologists obtained significantly higher scores, compared with other groups （P 〈 0. 05） ; surgeons, who ordered most of the blood transfusions, were not significantly different in blood transfusion knowledge, compared to physicians of internal medicine. Senior physicians obtained lower scores than junior physicians （P 〈 0. 05）. And 94.3% of the physicians believed that intensified training on the knowledge of blood transfusion was necessary. Conclusion Continued medical education on blood transfusion should be emphasized, especially for the senior physicians.
