摘要
合成了一种碱性聚酰胺,产物用DSC、红外光谱等方法进行了表征,并从理论上对实验现象进行近似解释。结合理论探讨和实验现象,对聚合条件和物料配比的优化进行了讨论。
A basic copolyamide containing diethyltriamine is synthesized and characterized by means of DSC, IR spectrum . The effect of the amount of DETA on the intrinsic viscosity [ η ] and the formation of gel during polymerization is predicted based on the model proposed by Macosko and compared with experimental results. The optimum condition for polymerization and proportion of reactants are also suggested.
