摘要
根据薄板轧制中出现的大变形、大位移兼有弹性变形的特点,选用弹塑性有限元法对该过程进行分析,建立薄板冷轧的有限元模型,并在LS-DYNA软件平台上进行有限元分析求解,对轧制全过程进行模拟仿真,得到轧制过程的应力、应变模型.由轧制过程的模拟仿真结果分析,可获得最优的轧制条件,从而更精确的进行质量控制.
Large deformation and large displacement is the feature of Plate rolling. According to that, elasto-plastic finite element method is used for analyzing the process of plate rolling. By analyzing it, finite element model of thin plate cold-rolling is created. The model is accounted by using the software for finite element analysis-LS-DYNA. The whole process of plate rolling is emulated, and the stress-strain model of rolled piece and roller is achieved. Based on the rolling process simulation, rolling optimal conditions may be acquirable, so as to obtain more precise quality control.
