摘要
计算机焦虑是个体预期计算机使用或者真正使用过程中所感觉到一种可以改变的情境性恐惧或忧虑.对影响计算机焦虑的年龄、性别、计算机态度和经验4个因素的研究表明:女性学生具有较高的计算机焦虑,随着年级的上升性别差异会发生改变,积极的计算机态度和愉快的先前经验能降低计算机焦虑.在计算机文化基础课教学中,教师要充分备课,鼓励学生勇于探索,并建立互助组和采取小步子教学等措施,以降低学生计算机焦虑.
Computer anxiety (abbreviated as CA) is a situational and changeable anxiety when people are expected to use computer or aetually use it. Age, gender, computer attitudes and computer experience are the four main effeet factors for CA. Studies of them have shown: Female students have higher CA ;As the grade increases, CA's gender difference will change;A positive attitude and pleasant prior experience can reduce CA. In the teaching of computer literature basic course, teachers should fully prepare lessons, encourage students to explore, create mutual aid groups and carry out step by step teaching measures to reduce students'CA.
