摘要
介绍了牛仔布返旧整理的概念及常用方法。重点介绍了纤维素酶的返旧整理工艺,在纤维素酶的用量为1.0%~1.5%(owf),pH值为4.5~5.5(酸性酶)或7~8(中性酶),浴比为1:(10~15),温度为40~60℃,时间为45—120min时整理牛仔布的返旧外观较好,织物强力损失低,并且反沾色现象不明显。采用纤维素酶进行牛仔布的返旧整理,效率高,流程短,可避免对织物和设备的损伤以及环境污染。
The concept about faded effect finishing of denim and common finishing methods was introduced in this article. The process of faded effect finishing using cellulase was described emphatically. Under the conditions that cellulose dosage of 1.0 % - 1.5 % (owl) , pH value of 4.5 - 5.5-( acid enzyme) or 7 - 8 ( neutral enzyme), bath ratio ofl: (10 - 15), temperature of 40 -60 ℃,and time of 45 - 120 min, denim faded effect is better, fabric strength loss is low, and anti-staining is not apparent. The faded effect finishing process with cellulase has the advantages such as high efficiency, short process, avoiding damage of fabric and equipment as well as environmental pollution.
