摘要
介绍了安全标准化的实施原因和发展趋势,阐述了安全标准化的主要内容.针对安全标准化实施过程中普遍存在的监督力度不足、考评人员交流不够、企业人员积极性不高等问题,提出了将考评人员的专业背景、实践经验等因素考虑到考评中去;建立动态、实时的考评信息网络发布系统;将考评制度与矿山员工的切身利益挂钩,在标准化评分元素中增设安全工作创新考评激励和安全工作交流子元素等对策,并提出了建立有利于完善标准化工作的信息反馈机制等建议.
This paper describes the implementation causes and trends of Safety Standardization, and elaborates the main content. For the common problems which have caused in the implementation of Safety Standardization, such as inadequate supervision, the lack of mutual exchange of experts, low enthusiasm of the workers, and so on, this paper proposes to take into consideration the factors of the evaluation staff, such as background, experience, and so on; build dynamic, real-time information network distribution system evaluation; make the appraisal system to be linked to the vital interests of mine employees, add the sub-elements that innovation incentive evaluation and mutual exchange of safety to the element of Safety Standardization evaluation, and finally this paper proposes the establishment of information feedback mechanisms to improve the standardization and so on.
