摘要
广珠城际轨道交通是我国第一条设计时速200 km的城际铁路,全线基本以桥梁为主,桥上采用CRTS Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道,因梁端转角及位移的存在,梁端轨道结构受力及变形均发生变化。通过梁端轨道结构受力变形分析,研究广珠城际梁端转角与梁端轨道结构的适应性,通过建立梁端位移与无砟轨道结构受力和变形相互影响的计算模型,对广珠城际梁端无砟轨道结构进行受力检算,对扣件系统进行受力分析,找出梁端转角对轨道结构形式的影响,为类似项目的设计提供经验。
Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity rail transit is the first intercity railway with design running speed of 200 km/h in China, most section of the whole line is located on bridges, and Type CRTS I slab non-ballasted track is laid on these bridges. Both stress and deformation of the track structure at the end of beams changed due to beam-end rotational angle and displacement. This paper studies the adaptability of beam-end rational angel to beam-end track structure for Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway through stress and deformation analysis of beam-end track structure. Furthermore, through preparing a calculation model of interaction between beam-end displacement and stress and deformation of non-ballasted track structure at the end of beams, this paper checks and calculates stress on non-ballasted track at the end of beams for Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway, analyzing stress on rail fastening system, and finding out the influence of beam-end rotational angle on type of track structure so as to provide experience for design of similar railway project.
