摘要
提高开放题评分的一致性和公平性是目前教育测试中的难点问题。文章就开放题评分标准的结构和计分方法、评分标准的编制方法、评分的基本原则、评分质量控制等方面,对PISA开放题评分与国内高考开放题评分进行比较,在此基础上提出对开放题评分标准和评分方法的建议。
It is a main focus and great challenge for the education examination system to improve the reliability and fairness in the coding of open - constructed response questions. The paper compares the coding of open - constructed response questions in PISA and University Entrance Examination in China, by analyzing the construction and the development of coding guide, the general guideline and the quality assurance of coding. Furthermore, the paper gives advises to the development of coding guide and the implementation of the coding process for open - constructed response questions.
