摘要 概述了水刺法非织造布的发展近况;论述了水刺法工艺的基本原理和有关参数,并探讨了工艺参数对产品质量的影响以及纤维原料的影响因素;通过与其它工艺的对比表现出水刺工艺及其产品的优势所在。最后,介绍了水刺法非织造布在医疗卫生及其它领域的发展情况。 In the paper,the new developments of spunlaced nonwovens are outlined;the basic principle and the parameters of spunlaced process are dealt with;and the effects of the process parameters on the product quality and the effect factors of the fiber materials are researched;the technology with other technologies are compared,and the advantages of spunlaced process and its products are shown.Finally,the development of spunlaced products in medical,sanitary and other applications are introduced.
