摘要
以乳酸乙酯脱水反应为模型反应,考察了Fe3+改性的HZSM-5的催化性能。通过XRD、红外等方法对改性前后的HZSM-5进行了表征。结果表明,与未改性的HZSM-5相比,改性后的Fe-ZSM-5的结晶度下降,硅铝比降低,乳酸乙酯脱水反应的催化活性明显增大,产物得率升高,选择性增大。
Conversion of ethyl lactate to ethyl acrylate with Fe^3+ modified HZSM-5 as the catalyst was investigated in this study. The HZSM-5 and modified HZSM-5 were characterized by XRD,and FT-IR techniques. Results showed that compared with HZSM-5, the degree of crystallinity and Si/Al ratios decreased after Fe^3+ modified. The catalytic activity of Fe-ZSM-5 was high. The yield and selectivity of ethyl acrylate were much higher.
