摘要
目的探讨三叉神经痛的显微手术治疗的安全性和疗效。方法185例保守治疗无效的三叉神经痛患者行进行微血管减压治疗。结果159例(85.9%)患者术后疼痛消失,17例(9.2%)患者症状明显减轻。手术有效率95.1%。治疗有效的127例获随访3～96个月,平均37个月。术后4年内复发8例,复发率6.2%。结论三叉神经痛微血管减压(MVD)手术的安全性和有效性与术者的经验和熟练操作程度密切相关。
Objective To explore the effectieness of microvscular decompression of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 185 patients who had no effect with the nonoperative treatments carry out microvascular decompression.Results The effective treatmnet was 95.1%,with 85.9%immediately complete cure and 9.2%with significant relieve of symptom.Follow-up was made in 127 efeective cases for 3-96 months with an average of 37 months.8 cases recurred within 4 years after operation with recurrent rate of 6.2%.Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of microvascular decompression is related to the expierence and tecnique of the operator.
