高丹草航天不育材料的扦插繁殖 被引量:1

摘要 高丹草经航天诱变后出现不育现象,严重影响资源保存和开发利用。为此,采用扦插繁殖方法保存诱变材料。本研究对高丹草不同扦插部位、插穗基部切口不同处理的扦插生根能力进行比较。结果表明:中部茎段插穗生根能力最好,成活率(75.6%)、根干重(0.0786 g)和根系效果指数(0.65)均高于其他茎段;中部茎段插穗根体积极显著(P<0.01)高于其他茎段,发根数和根系总长显著(P<0.05)高于其他茎段;插穗基部切口不同处理以斜切效果最好,成活率最高(78.6%)、根干重(0.0897 g)和根系效果指数(0.72)均高于其他处理,发根数、根长显著(P<0.05)高于平面和双面切口。高丹草繁殖在10月中上旬,取中部茎段,进行斜面扦插效果最佳。 By space mutation, the sterility of Sorghum bicolor greatly influenced conservation as well as development and utilization of resources. It was a good way to conserve resources by cutting propagation. The paper made a study on the rooting ability of Sorghum bicolor in different cutting portions and with different treatments to basal incision. The results showed that the rooting ability of middle stem was best, with survival rate (75.6%), dry weight of roots (0. 0286 g) and index of root system (0.65) higher than those of other stems. At the same time, there were significant differences among root volume, root number and roots length at the level of 0. 01. When the basal incision was cut obliquely, the survival rate was 28.6%, dry weight of roots was 0. 0892g and index of root system was 0.72. In addition, the root number and root length were significantly more than those of flat cut and double side cut. In conclusion, in the first ten-day period of October, the best cutting effects can be gained by choosing the middle stems of Sorghum bicolor and cutting their basal incisions obliquely.
