摘要
采用投喂和组织学方法,研究不同剂量维生素C对金鲫头肾和脾脏免疫细胞数量的影响.结果表明:以维生素C 1 400 mg.kg-1饲料和2 800 mg.kg-1饲料的剂量投喂金鲫6周后,与对照组相比,金鲫头肾和脾脏的细胞总数、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞和黑色素巨噬细胞的数量明显增加,差异显著.该研究证明维生素C对金鲫头肾和脾脏免疫细胞的增殖有明显的促进作用.
By using feeding and histology methods,the effect of vitamin C at 350,700, 1 400 and 2 800 mg· kg-1 diet on the immune cells in head kidney and spleen of Goldfish was studied. The result shows：after 6 weeks of feeding with VC 1 400 mg ·kg-1 diet or VC 2 800 mg· kg-1 diet,total number of eells,lymphocytes,neutrophils and melano-macrophages in the head kidney and the spleen of goldfish increase significantly compared with the control group. The study demonstrates that VC promotes obviously multiplication of immune cells in the head kidney and the spleen of goldfish.
