摘要
广西农村生物质能资源种类繁多,利用技术多样。发展生物质能产业能促进农村产业结构调整,改善农村生活环境和农民生活条件,为农民节省开支并提高农民收入,对产业链也具有延长效应。因此,广西应成立发展生物质能产业的专项资金,聘请专业人员对生物质能产业进行规划以及维护,不断学习并借鉴国内外先进的生物质能技术以大力发展生物质能产业。
There are a wide range of bio - energy resources and varied use of technology in rural Guangxi. Developing bio - energy industry will promote adjustment to the rural industrial structure, improve the rural living environment and conditions, save living costs and therefore increase peasants＇ income, and extend the industry chain. Suggestions for Guangxi bio - energy industry development are as follows： set up special fund, make professional plan and maintenance, study advanced technology from home and abroad for reference.
