摘要
从解析高校科研团队特征出发,通过对高校科研团队在组建及运作管理方面存在问题分析的基础上,提出了加强高校科研团队建设的对策建议,包括:建立"真正"学科交叉的科研团队,完善团队内、外管理机制及考评体系,以人为本加强团队文化建设等,并对这些措施进行了探讨。
In light of the characteristics of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, the paper discusses the problems existing in the establishment and management of scientific research teams in institutions of higher education. Meanwhile, in terms of ways to enhance the team construction, the authors have also advanced some strategies, which include the establishment of interdisciplinary scientific research teams in its true sense, improvement of the management mechanism and assessment system within and outside the teams, and reinforcement of the construction of team culture based on people-orientedness.
