摘要
通过对比分析国内外各公共交通发展水平评价体系,采用塔式搭建的方法对如何建立公共交通发展水平评价体系进行了探讨。然后运用模糊综合评价的方法对北方某大城市的公共交通发展水平进行评价,以发现其公共交通发展存在的问题和不足,同时检验此评价体系的适用性和有效性,使其研究成果为其他城市公共交通发展提供决策支持。
This paper contrasts and analyses the domestic and international levels of development evaluation system of public transport, and discuss the method of tower structures on how to establish evaluation system of public transport to evaluate the level of development. Then evaluating the level of public transport development in one northern city with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of evaluation to find the existing problem and test the system＇s applicability and effectiveness, the research results will support urban public traffic development of decision to other cities.
