摘要
用ＦＴ－ＩＲ分析了脂磷壁酸和葡聚糖的作用，结果发现二者经孵育以后结构中出现了右旋糖苷（葡聚糖）所没有的，具有脂磷壁酸特征的ＰＯ－３４和脂肪酰（糖脂）的结构。
The study showed that the IR spectra of the component of Lipoteichoic acid (LTA) and dextran T10,after incubated,dismissed at 1280,1380,1420 and 1460 cm-1 and presented of the stratching band of PO-34 and glycosyl ester,which didn't exit in the dextran T10.This result was in agreement with finding that LTA was directly interacted with glucan.
