摘要
公务员提供公共服务的价值在于公众是否满意,以公众是否满意为导向,来评价公务员提供的公共服务质量,是提高公务员公共服务能力的必然选择。在提升这一能力的过程中,应借鉴赫茨伯格双因素理论,分别从保健因素和激励因素入手,切实提高公务员公共服务能力,提高公众满意度。
The value of public services provided by the officials lie in the public whether to satisfy, appraising the collective services quality oriented by the publie satisfaction, is the choice inevitably to improve the official collective services ability, in the process of promote this ability, we should draw lessons from Herzberg two-factor theory, from hygienic factors and incentive factor to start with, improves the official collective services ability earnestly, enhances the public degree of satisfaction.
