摘要
采用离子色谱法对双甘膦废液中PO33-、Cl-、Na+的含量进行检测,以此计算废液中的亚磷酸、盐酸及氯化钠含量,并与化学滴定法进行比较。该方法采用IonPacAS11-HC阴离子色谱柱和IonPacCS12A阳离子色谱柱,分别以NaOH和H2SO4做淋洗液,抑制电导检测器检测。该方法有效消除了基体干扰,提高了被测组分的准确度。在一定的色谱条件下,PO33-、Cl-、Na+都具有良好的线性、重现性以及较低的检测限。
Ion chromatography has been used for examining N-(phosphonomethyl) iminodiacetic acid. Then, based on hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride can be calculated and the contents of PO3^3-, Cl- and Na^+ in the waste of these contents, the contents of phosphorus acid, compared with chemical titration. Ion Pac AS11-HC and Ion Pac CS12A columns are used, and sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid are used as eluents, to restrain the conductivity detection. This method can avoid the waste matrix interference efficiently and improve the accuracy of the detected contents. Under favorable chromatographic conditions, PO3^3-, Cl^- and Na^+ have good linear relationship, sensitivity and reproducibility.
