摘要
研究以开路失效、短路失效作为失效模式,并由相同子系统串、并联组成的两类三状态系统模型。由定义得到系统可靠度的计算公式,进一步给出可靠度的优化方法,并验证了该方法的有效性。举例比较两类模型部件增加时,可靠度的变化趋势,得出结论:三状态系统部件组合,并联不一定优于串联:当子系统相同时,以子系统串联方式组建的三状态系统可靠度更强。
The failure to open circuit, short circuit failure as a failure mode, subsystem by the same string, composed of two types of parallel three - state system model are given. By definition the formula for calculating the system reliability is obtained, and further the optimization method of the reliability is given. The effectiveness of the method is verified. Finally, through an example comparing the reliabilityg changes in trends of these two types of model when the components is increasing, which conclude that : (i) combined components of three state systems, parallel is not necessarily better than the series ; and (ii) when the subsystem is the same, the three - state systems by the way to compose the subsystems in series has greater reliability.
