摘要
目的探讨应用临床护理路径健康教育法对永久性结肠造口患者的教育效果。方法将2008年7-12月收治的45例结肠造口患者设为对照组,采用传统教育方法给予患者实施结肠造口自我护理知识教育;将2009年1-6月收治的55例结肠造口患者设为实验组,采用临床护理路径给予患者实施结肠造口自我护理知识教育。比较两组患者对造口自我护理掌握程度。结果两组患者对肠造口自我护理掌握程度比较,差异具有统计学意义,实验组优于对照组。结论应用临床护理路径实施健康教育,可提高永久性结肠造口患者自我护理能力及生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) on self-care health education to the patients with permanent colostomy.Methods 45 patients undergoing permanent colostomy from July to December 2008 were intervened using traditional teaching methods for self-care knowledge education.Another 55 patients undergoing the same operation from January to June 2009 were set as the experimental group and nursed with CNP for self-care knowledge education.The two groups were compared as regards the mastery of self-care.Result There was significant difference between the groups in the mastery of self-care(P0.05).Conclusion CNP for health education can increase self-care ability and quality of life of the patients with the permanent colostomy.
