摘要
介绍了虚拟仪器领域中最具有代表性的图形化编程语言LabVIEW,在此平台的基础上,对数据采集系统软硬件进行了设计,主要包括传感器的选择、数据采集卡的选用、信号调理电路、数据采集、分析及监测系统的设计。以实验台齿轮泵泵壳振动信号作为研究对象,利用拉依达法确定报警阈值,利用MATLAB与LabVIEW混合编程的形式,来实现监测系统的功能。最后,在实验室液压实验台上进行了实验,结果表明,本系统能够较好的完成数据的采集及设备状态的监测。
In the fields of virtual instrument, the most representational graphic programmer language, Labview, is be introduced in this paper, the hardware and software of data acquisition system is be designed based on it, It includes the selection of sensor, data acquisition card and the design of the circuit of signal modulating, the programmer of the data acquisition, signal analyzing and the system of monitor. With the vibration signal of gear pump, by using the method of layida to confirm the alarm range, the monitor system can realize its function by mixing with labview and matlab. At last, the experiment that has be taked on the experimental platform indicates that the system can realize its function effectively
