可调式百叶窗冲裁级进模的设计

摘要 由于工件尺寸较大,而且尺寸经常变化,客户要求模具能够根据工件的宽度、长度的变化来调节,特设计了新型可调式百叶窗冲裁级进模。通过采用浮动凸模,避免了因间隙不均匀所产生的侧压力,从而减小了凸模折断的可能;采用分块设计,不但可以调节端面距百叶窗之间的距离,还能根据需要调节百叶窗之间的距离,缩短了制造周期,并且装卸简单,大幅度地节减了装卸和模具调整时间及模具成本费,提高了模具的使用寿命。该模具方便、省时、效率高,有利于自动化,并适用于所有的冲压机床。 As the work-piece is bigger and the dimension often changes, the customer has required that the mould can measure the change according to work-piece width, length, has designed the new adjustable shutter punching progressive mould. By adopt float bulging dies, avoid uneven gap due to lateral pressure, thus reducing the possibility of making dies break. By adopt designing the piecemeal, not only being able to adjust the distance from end face between the shutter, also to adjust the distance between the shutter in need, have shortened the manufacturing cycle, have loaded and unloaded simple, significantly reduced the time of loading, unloading, adjusting mould and the fee of mould cost, have improved mould life. The mold convenient, time-saving, high efficiency, is conducive to automation, applies to all punching machine.
