摘要
本研究主要采用问卷调查的方法,以辽宁省内十三个市的462名中小学教师为调查对象,结合2008年重新修订的《中小学教师职业道德规范》中涉及的教师应处理好的四种关系,从意识和行为两个维度对教师职业道德建设的现状进行调查,目的是为更好地促进《规范》的落实、提高师德建设的针对性和实效性提供事实依据。
In this research, we used questionnaire survey mainly. Taking 462 primary and middle school teacheras in thirteen cities in Liao Ning Province as the research subjucts and combining 《The Standard of Primary and Midddle School Teachers Professional Morality》 , which was revised in 2008 and which emphasizes that teachers should deal with "four relationships" properly. The research investigates the present situation of teachers professional morality construction from the sides of consciousness and behavior so as to promote the implementation of 《The standard》 and to provide facts for raising the pertinency and effectiveness of teachers ethics construction.
