摘要
针对当前旅游行业游客管理过分依赖导游的人工操作这一现象,为了提高游客的管理效率和提升旅游的品质,提出了一种基于射频识别(RFID)和ARM技术的智能游客管理系统(IVMS)的设计和实现方案。阐述了该方案的系统框架和工作原理,详细介绍了该游客管理系统的硬件设计结构和软件设计方法,并给出了系统工作的软件流程图,重点对射频模块收发流程进行了分析。测试结果表明,该智能游客管理系统具有更新游客信息、自动点名、掉队告警等功能。
In order to raise the efficiency of visitors management and promote the quality of journey, a solution of intelligent visitors management system(IVMS) based on radio frequency identification(RFID) and ARM technology was presented. The system framework and operation principle was elaborated, and the structure design of hardware and method of software design were described in detail, also the software flow chart and algorithm were introduced, the function of RFID module was analyzed. The experimental results show that the functions of renew visitors information, roll call automatically are implemented, also an alarm is given if somebody falls out.
