薄层色谱法在药物分析方面的应用 被引量:4

摘要 薄层色谱法(TLC)以其所特有的性能优点,在药物的分析鉴别、分离精制等方面一直有着相当广泛的应用。近年来,随着对TLC研究的不断深入,新型固定相的采用等,TLC在规范化、仪器化、检出技术等方面的新技术应用时有报道。笔者对最近国外应用TLC在药物质量控制、成分的分析鉴别、药物稳定性研究的进展进行综述。
