摘要
目的探讨团体心理辅导对大学新生人际关系的改善效果。方法对华北煤炭医学院某系08级50名新生进行团体心理辅导,对团体辅导前后大学新生的交往焦虑的得分进行对比分析。结果大学新生交往焦虑的前测得分明显高于常模(t=2.148,P<0.05);团体心理辅导后大学新生的交往焦虑的评分明显下降(t=-3.759,P<0.01)。结论团体心理辅导对提高大学新生人际交往有良好的促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of group psychological counseling on the freshmen's relationship. Methods A total of 50 freshmen were trained by the mean of group psychological counseling, and the scores of social anxious were compared between the before and after training. Results The freshmen' pre-test score of the social anxiety was higher than thal of the norm(t=2.148,P〈0.05), the post-test score of the social anxiety was significantly lower than thal of the pre-test.(t=-3.759,P〈0.01).Conclusion Group psychological counseling is effective to improve freshmen's interpersonal relationship.
