摘要
针对多丝大直径钢绞线用82B盘条在拉拔过程中,随着盘条直径的增加,拉丝粉、拉丝模消耗增加,钢绞线捻制过程中断丝严重等问题,对大直径盘条磷化工艺进行探讨,确定新的磷化处理参数:磷化温度65~75℃;总酸度45~55点;促进剂2~4点;磷化液pH在1.58~1.68;Ni2+质量浓度1~1.5g/L;磷化时间4~6 min。采用新的磷化参数后,钢丝磷化膜面质量增加、致密性增强,拉丝模、拉丝粉消耗以及断丝次数降低,拉拔后钢丝表面质量及各项性能指标满足多丝大直径钢绞线用丝要求;拉拔速度的提高,使钢丝产量大大提高。
The consumption of lubricant and wire drawing die increased, wire broken seriously in steel strand twisting with diameter increment when 82B wire rod for multi-wire large diameter steel strand was drawn. Aiming at the problem, phosphating process of large diameter wire rod was discussed, and determine new phosphating treatment process as follows: phosphating temperature from 65℃ to 75℃, total acid from 45 to 55 points, accelerant from 2 to 4 points, phosphating solution pH value from 1.58 to 1.68, mass concentration of Ni2+ from 1 to 1.5 g/L, phosphating time from 4 to 6 min. After adopting new phosphating parameters, phosphate film mass of drawn steel wire increased, compactability increased, consumption of wire drawing die, lubricant and wire broken times decreased, steel wire surface quality and every properties index after drawn reached the requirements of wire for multi-wire large diameter steel strand, drawing speed was increased, steel wire output was increased greatly.
