摘要
安徽是一个农业大省,农村老龄化问题较突出,探索建立新型农村社会养老保险制度意义重大。文章首先概括介绍了安徽农村社会养老保险的基本情况,重点对近年来新型农村社会养老保险制度建设试点工作的成效和问题进行了梳理和分析,并在此基础上根据国务院的相关要求提出了安徽省新型农村社会养老保险制度的框架建议和思考。
Anhui is a big agricultural province, with serious problems of the aging of population. It is very significant to make a research on the building of new-style rural social endowment insurance system. The thesis, firstly, makes a brief introduction of the basic situation of rural social endowment insurance in Anhui, then, emphasizes and analyzes the achievements and problems on the trial implementation of new-style rural social endowment insurance system in recent years, lastly, on basis of which, puts forward some frame suggestions and on the new-type system according to the relative requirements from the State Department.
